Cancellation Policy

For Individual:

  • Over 15 days on Normal Season, over 21 days for High Season have guarantee reimbursed at 100%
  • 7-15 days on Normal Season, 7-20 days for High Season have guarantee reimbursed at 50% .
  • 3-6 days on Normal Season, 1-6 days for High Season have guarantee reimbursed at not refunded.
  • Less than 3 days & no how on Normal or High Season have guarantee reimbursed for full charge.

For the group:

  • Over 30 days on Normal season, over 45 days on High Season have guarantee reimbursed at 100%.
  • 15-30 days on Normal Season, 30-44 days on High Season have guarantee reimbursed for 50%
  • 7-14 on Normal Season, 7-29 on High Season have guarantee reimbursed at not refunded.
  • Less than 7 days and no show on Normal or High Season have guarantee reimbursed of full charge.
