  • If cancellation notification received less than one (1) day prior to date of tour program but after 5pm (Bali Time), a 50% charge will be applied

For the group

  • Cancellation over thirty (30) days prior to date of tour program, no cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellation less than fourteen (14) days prior to date of tour program, a 10% of total estimated cost will be applied
  • Cancellation less than three (3) days prior to the date of tour program, a 50% of total estimated cost will be applied.
  • Cancellation fee will be calculated based on number of tours booked.
